Approval of a proof is required if your order consists of more than 25 color copies or 250 black and white copies. Booklets (with staples in the middle) and large button orders require 5 business days once a proof is approved. Stickers and T-shirts are processed in 10 days after the proof has been approved. We prefer most print orders to be submitted to us as PDFs. For oversized print we require a PDF. We also accept: Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (as long as all links are submitted properly).

To help ensure customer satisfaction, we ask that you come in and approve a proof of your order before we run the entire order to make sure it looks how you would like. We require a proof if your order consists of more than 25 color copies or 250 black and white copies.

In order to comply with copyright regulations, we are only able to print an entire work if it is in the public domain. We are unable to print an entire printed work if it is protected by licensing or copyright law; however, we can print 10% or two chapters, whichever is less. We will review all orders involving copyright issues on a case by case basis.

ASM Funding

Use your RSO's acronym, if applicable, and full name. If you have more than one grant, be very specific about what kind of funding you are using for your order.

For Operation Grants, Open Funds, and Event Grants only authorized signers can submit an order and approve a proof. For GSSF groups, authorized signers and authorized users can submit an order and approve a proof. Anyone from the RSO may pick up the order.

There is no limit, but orders must be at least $2.00.

You will need to pay for any extra copies privately.

Yes, All printed materials using an ASM grant (with the exceptions of business cards and button type orders) require an ASM Logo and Disclaimer.

CLICK HERE to download the logo.

You are charged for an example copy which ASM Finance Staff reviews. They will be checking for the ASM Logo and Disclaimer and that you are not soliciting for funds or support with printing paid with segregated fees. If you violate these agreements you will be asked to reimburse ASM.

Design Elements

Here is a video that explans what resolution is and why it matters for printing.

Click here to watch a video that explains what bleed is and how it is useful in printing. It is important to remember to add extra color to each side when your design requires bleed, in order to make the perfect print out! Please DO NOT add trim marks. We have our own templates for these. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us, and we will be happy to help.

If you have more questions and would like to learn more about what bleed is, read this article ! It lists out benefits for having full bleed, good techniques, and some misconceptions.
